The Royal Over-Seas League (ROSL) is a non-profit Commonwealth private members organisation, committed to supporting international understanding and friendship through social, music, arts and welfare activities.

The Royal Over-Seas League are donating a generous $10,000 Postgraduate Top-up Scholarship to a current or potential Master of Music student.

Eligibility

The conditions attached to this Scholarship outline in detail the eligibility criteria.  Please ensure you read them thoroughly before beginning the application process.

Candidates must be enrolled or intending to to enrol in the Master of Music - Performance.

There are two components to applying for this Scholarship:

  • Conservatorium of Music application
  • Application through iAthena

Conservatorium of Music application


  • Your submission should be made via Dropbox
  • Once complete email your Dropbox link to Danielle, Conservatorium of Music

Your submission should include:

  • A Research and Performance statement

    This statement should be no longer than 150 words and will indicate how your research and your performance are related.

  • Performance recording

    A recent performance recording submitted via sound file in either AIFF/MP3/WAV file format.

    Submitted recordings should be no more than ten minutes in duration and have been made within the last two months.

Relevant Dates for the Conservatorium of Music submission

  • Closing date for submissions 5pm Wednesday 31 May 2017 in line with Online Applications for Round 2 2017 Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarships, University Postgraduate Awards and Prestigious University scholarships for international and domestic applicants.
