International Students

The School of Music at UWA offers cutting edge courses for undergraduates and postgraduates with a range of interest in Music: performance, composition, music education, musicology embracing ethnomusicology, anthropology of music, music and evolution, European and Australian music studies, performance practice, psychology and sociology of music, music medicine, arts and health and music as therapy. The courses are dynamic, engaging the student in reflective practice, seminars, tutorials, lectures and workshops with leading specialists (see Staff webpages). The Faculty of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences has a strong international student population, with approximately 15% of our students coming from overseas to study here.

Accommodation

• UWA has five residential colleges, all within a 1-2 minute walk of the campus
• If you prefer to live off-campus, the University has a Housing Service to help you get started
