Continuing in the Keyed Up! tradition, the School of Music is proud to host internationally distinguished artists in 2012. The year opens with a celebratory collaboration with the Sixth Western Australian Piano Pedagogy Convention in Winthrop Hall, before again indulging the senses in the renowned acoustic of the Callaway Music Auditorium. Make this part of your diary and give your Sunday afternoons a new dimension!

Cameron Roberts: Pianoforte
Australian-born pianist Cameron Roberts is recognised as an artist of great distinction and originality. He performs in Australia, England and Spain as soloist and chamber musician whilst gaining growing success as a composer and arranger. Roberts opens the Keyed Up! season with a performance of Beethoven’s beloved Moonlight Sonata.

International concert pianist, Bernadette Harvey is renowned for her commitment to Australian music. Since winning the ABC ‘Young Performer of the Year’ as a young woman, her career has taken her all over the world to great acclaim.Date and time

Geoffrey Lancaster: Fortepiano
For the past 30 years, Geoffrey Lancaster has been at the forefront of the historically informed performance practice movement. Assoc. Prof. Lancaster has appeared as conductor or soloist with all of the Symphony Australia orchestras and the Australian Chamber Orchestra.Date and time

Sylvia Wang: Pianoforte
Sylvia Wang enjoys a varied career, both in performance and education. In addition to her work with a wide range of solo repertoire, she continues to collaborate with many artists across the USA, Europe, Southeast Asia, Central America, Argentina and Australia.
